Please be aware that TruAge test results are currently subject to frequent and sometimes extensive delays from the laboratory. Unfortunately, TruAge does not consistently inform us in advance when such delays occur, which means that final reports may be released later than expected without prior notice.

Additionally, please note that once a sample has been received at our end and linked with an order by TruAge, refunds are not possible — even in cases where the sample is later rejected at their facility. A replacement sample can be submitted without additional costs.
